Extra, extra, READ all about it!!
Mrs. Lorelli's 2nd graders are working hard as we get into the swing of things at Hurden Looker School! As we learn all about each other, our new school, and Mrs. Lorelli, we are finding out about the importance of independent reading. Students are excited to make choices about the books they like to read and that they are responsible for building their reading stamina. Our alternative seating choices also make reading fun, too! We strongly urge our students to continue their love for reading at home, as well, so we kicked off our 100 Book Reading Challenge, where we can get prizes for reading at home, and in school, too! Great job to our super readers!
